Client Testimonials:

Merrylegs was a part of our family for 23 years and it was always our biggest fear to lose him. Thank you for giving him the best care possible.

The staff at the practice shown me, my family and Merrylegs such kindness and compassion at such a difficult time. The service you provided has been excellent, professional but with a very personal touch. We can’t thank you enough for all your help and understanding.

An extra special thank you to the vet that stayed with Merry in his final minutes when we couldn’t face it.

Many thanks

Nicola, Julie & Family, Sale, Manchester

Just a short note to thank all of you at the practice for your care, support and attention in helping us to look after Benson. It has always been very much appreciated and no more so than when the end came so suddenly on Saturday 5 th June.

In particular we wish to offer our grateful thanks to Holly for her professional and supportive involvement. Everything she did and said was carefully balanced and sensitively timed. Please pass on our thanks to her, she is a credit to your team.

Kind regards

“ We are hoping we can express just how grateful we are in the treatment of a very special horse named Chianti that we recently had to have put to sleep. Two and a half years ago Chianti developed a condition that seemed a mystery to everyone, that is until Peter advised he felt it was a genetic condition. We contacted her breeder who advised that Chianti’s sister had to be put to sleep with what appeared to be a similar condition. Over the time Chianti was coping with her problem we had help and support from your practice in every way possible. On the day we had to have Chianti put to sleep you made a stressful time as easy as it could be by not rushing us in any way. We are so grateful to you for the way you were that day, thank you. We would like you to use this letter to let people know how caring your practice is. Very caring people. Thank you all”

Steve & Sue, Manchester
